    Professional grooming courses are very expensive and do not teach you how to groom in a natural way.
    Most professional groomers treat Doodles as if they are Poodles, which is the biggest insult to a Doodle owner, or shave them and make them look unfavourable.

Online training program

I have created an online training program, in which I groom a Doodle from head to toe, explaining what I am doing step by step, in simple to follow steps with clear shots and extra explanations in texts.

I have been using this program to train Doodle owners to become specialized Doodle groomers for a year now, creating 9 succesful DoodleComfort groomers in the Netherlands where I live.

This is the program that you will receive to learn how to groom Doodles in a natural, fluffy way 

To guide you through the learning process there will be a Skype conference every week and I will ask you to post before and after pictures of your practise Doodles on the special DoodleComfort grooming Facebook group, which I will comment on.

In this group you will be able to talk and share your grooming experiences with the other DoodleComfort students, so you will feel the boost of being a part of the group and sharing your learning process.

How long does the course take?

The whole course will take 6 months and during that time you will get to learn to groom all the different coat types in the way they need to be groomed and learn all about Doodle care in general.

Doodlecomfort is about helping owners give their Doodle the best care possible and that doesn’t stop at grooming.

This is why you will receive my book on Doodle care to study and learn all about food, allergies, ear care, skin problems etc, so you will be able to advise your customers on the wide aspects of Doodle care.

During the course I will come your way 2 times:

  • A first time to give you a 1 day personal touch up course
  • A second time to give you a grooming exam, after which you will be ready to concur the world as a specialized DoodleComfort Doodle Coat Expert.

Grooming equipment

Like I said, I use different grooming techniques and different grooming equipment then most other groomers.

If you choose option A. I will hand you a list with all the grooming equipment that you will need and you will only buy the needed scissors and brushes and things that aren’t available in your country from my webshop

If you choose option B. You will pay for the course including the necessary grooming equipment and I will send them to you.

The DoodleComfort grooming course starts 1st August.

Price

Like I said, professional dog grooming courses are very expensive, without you learning how to groom Doodles in a natural, fluffy way.

A $ 6000,00 course is very common.
